Ivanka Puigdueta Bartolomé has a degree in Environmental Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Geomorphology from the University of Rouen (France) and a Master's degree in International Relations and African Studies from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Since 2016 she has been working in the field of environmental sustainability in agri-food systems. Previously she has worked in the field of international cooperation. Her main interest revolves around climate change mitigation and the reduction of carbon footprint through the definition of strategies to promote responsible consumption, a subject on which she is developing her doctoral thesis.
In 2020 she joins ICATALIST team to develop FooDTURAMA project. FooDTURAMA is a tool designed to help citizens in their decision-making processes around food, providing science-based information about the environmental impacts of different options.
